Extended Biography:

Kathleen Smith has worked as a massage and body worker for the past 30 years and is currently the Spa Director at the nation's largest Day Spa, located here in the Phoenix Valley. She is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and works as support staff for the NMT classes held at Phoenix College. She's assisted in cadaver dissection and has taught anatomy at the lab for students attending Arizona School of Massage Therapy.

Kathleen has been a member of AMTA for the past 18 years and is currently volunteering on the AMTA Education Committee. Kathleen was interviewed by Massage Today Magazine for the spa package she created for cancer survivors and has been a repeat guest for local radio and television talk shows discussing the benefits of massage.

She strongly believes in the importance of first impressions when doing initial consultations and shares her methods of providing professional services while achieving our business goals.
