UNDERSTANDING THE LOW BACK AND HIP COMPLEX: SOFT TISSUE STRATEGIES THAT WORK

Understand the Low Back and Hip Complex (LBHC) better to make your massage treatments more effective. Assessment is the key to informed treatment. Learn practical hands on assessments (many done on the massage table) that will help you be more confident and effective.

Learn how posture, structural alignment, muscle imbalances and movement dysfunction contribute to Low Back and Hip complaints and what to do about them. Develop precise anatomical knowledge and palpation skills that will streamline your treatment approach and help you get better results.
